Callback request

Request a callback about water damage

Fill in the form. When an independent company that covers your ZIP code is taking work, your request goes to it.

A referral service, not a contractor. Your request is passed to an independent restoration company that works your part of central Arkansas. Riverstage does not perform the extraction, drying or repairs.

What this form is

The way to ask for help through this site. Riverstage Water Help is a referral service; it does not perform restoration work or handle insurance claims. Your details go to a service partner so a company can reach you, as the privacy policy explains.

The service covers Little Rock and the rest of Pulaski and Saline counties; see service areas. A request is passed on only when a participating company for your ZIP code is taking work, so you may not hear back.

There is no office or street address to visit. This is a web referral service, not a shop. For what to do first, see standing water or sewer backups.
