Water damage referrals across Pulaski and Saline counties

Riverstage covers Little Rock and the rest of Pulaski County, plus Saline County to the southwest. Utilities change from town to town, so the first call does too.

A referral service, not a contractor. Your callback request is passed to an independent restoration company that works your part of central Arkansas. Riverstage does not perform the extraction, drying or repairs.

Little Rock itself

The home page and the guides cover Little Rock: Hillcrest and the Heights, SoMa and downtown, Chenal and the rest of west Little Rock, and the neighborhoods along Fourche Creek to the south. Water comes from Central Arkansas Water (emergency line 501-377-1239); sewer from the Little Rock Water Reclamation Authority (501-223-1509). Permits for rebuild work go through the city's building permit desk at 501-371-4832.

Start with the river, creek and freeze guide for local history, or go straight to the problem you have: standing water, crawl space or slab water, a burst pipe, a sewer backup or storm damage.

Also covered, without their own page

  • The County Farm Road area, where the Little Maumelle River backs up at high river stages; in 2019 Little Rock firefighters helped evacuate homes on County Farm and Beck roads.
  • Cammack Village, inside Little Rock, where the 2023 tornado damaged many homes.
  • Shannon Hills, Haskell and the rest of Saline County.

If a company that serves your ZIP code is not taking work, your request may not be passed on, and you are welcome to call anyone you like. The how it works page explains the referral.

WHO RUNS THE PIPES

Water and sewer utilities by town

Most homeowners only learn who their sewer utility is when something backs up. This table saves the search. Each name links to the utility's own site, where the numbers on this page were checked on October 26, 2026.

Want a restoration company to call you?

Shut off the source if you can, then send the callback form with your ZIP code, what leaked or flooded and how much is wet. When an independent restoration company that covers your area is taking work, the request goes to it and that company may call or text you. The referral costs nothing, and whether to hire is up to you.

Referral service: Riverstage Water Help connects people in central Arkansas with independent restoration companies and does not perform the work itself. Full disclosure at the foot of the page.
