The service
Riverstage Water Help is a referral service, and you pay nothing to use it. It connects people in Pulaski and Saline counties, Arkansas with independent companies that provide water damage restoration and related services. We do not perform water extraction, drying, cleaning, mold work, construction or any other restoration work, and we are not a contractor.
Companies are independent
The companies you are connected with are independent businesses, not our employees or agents. Each company alone is responsible for its estimates, prices, work, permits, warranties and conduct, and any agreement for work is between you and that company. We do not warrant or guarantee any work performed. We do not promise that a company will be available, arrive by any particular time or meet your expectations, and we are not a party to your contract with it.
General information only
We do not handle, file, negotiate or advise on insurance claims, and nothing on this site or said on a call is a statement that a loss is or is not covered. The guides, checklists, cost ranges, gauge readings and phone numbers on this site are general information, not insurance, engineering, health or safety advice for your situation. Numbers and prices change; confirm anything important with the agency or professional involved.
Safety comes first
If people are in danger, from electricity, a gas smell, a sagging ceiling or rising water, call 911 before anything else. Never walk or drive into floodwater.
Using the site
Please don't send false requests, use the form to sell anything, or try to disrupt the site. We may decline or stop passing on requests that look abusive.
Limits
To the extent allowed, Riverstage Water Help is not responsible for losses that come from a company's work, delays, or decisions you make based on information here. Our total responsibility for any claim about the service is limited to the amount you paid us, which is nothing.
